HOW WE PRODUCE

MOWING
Mowing at optimal biological maturity, before flowering — maximizing the protein content and nutritional value of the feed. Precise timing for each field.
SWATH RAKING
Forming uniform swaths ensures an optimal drying bed, ventilation and uniform drying for the entire harvested quantity. We control moisture before baling.
BALING (HAY / HAYLAGE)
High-density cylinder pressing for compact, uniform structure — preparing the bale for the natural anaerobic fermentation that begins at wrapping.
We bale at night and early dawn, at the optimal dew point — the only window when alfalfa leaves stay intact in the bale. In daytime sun, leaves turn brittle and shatter during pressing. And the leaf is where the protein lives. That's why our hay reaches 18-20% protein.
CORN SILAGE
Fine cutting with grain cracker for maximum starch digestibility. Transport by trailers directly to the storage and compaction platform.
WRAPPING & FERMENTATION
8 premium UV film layers for maximum airtightness and UV/rodent protection. Sealed oxygen-free environment, with molasses injection 5L/ton to support natural fermentation. Moisture measured per bale with Draminski Hay Moisture Meter. Controlled fermentation minimum 21 days.
